Brad graduated San Jose State University with a degree in Radio/TV/Film. He was the Sports Director at KSJS 90.5 FM while calling play-by-play for a multitude of San Jose State sports including football and baseball. He was also the voice of the San Jose Giants for 3 years. Currently resides in Reno, NV working in the court system doing A/V production. He has two daughters (Layla and Audrey) and has been married to his wife, Denise, for 20+ years.

We Want Winners co-host

Rod is the co-host of We Want Winners. He has been a 49ers fan since 1981. He witnessed the team's rise to greatness in the 80s and 90s under the leadership of legendary coach Bill Walsh and quarterback Joe Montana, as they won five Super Bowl titles. He has also seen the team go through ups and downs in the following decades, but his loyalty to the red and gold has never wavered. Through the highs and lows, he has always been proud to himself a 49ers Faithful and enjoyed watching some of the greatest players in NFL history don the iconic jersey. He looks forward to many more years of watching his favorite team.

Host and podcaster at BSPN

Garrett is a father of five (Brian, JJ, and stepkids Asher, Felix, and Ada) and is married to Chrystal. He's a co-founder of Nextdoor.com and runs The Fight Game Media Network in addition to BSPN. He also does podcasts for F4W/Wrestling Observer. BSPN is his personal KNBR 680, which was his dream job as a teenager and a place he worked at in his early 20s.

He currently hosts all four shows on BSPN.
